Online Storage Booking Terms & Conditions
· Storage reservations can be made online by selecting Reserve
· We’ll acknowledge your booking request and contact you within 2 working days to check your requirements and take a payment for your first months’ storage
· We can only guarantee storage space when we confirm availability and your payment for the first month has been accepted
· Multiple units of the same size can be selected subject to availability, and please contact us if you wish to book a different size as a combination of multiple units for example both indoor and outdoor storage units
· The storage start date you selected can be changed at no extra cost but subject to availability and it’s within 7 days of the first date you selected online
· If you decide to cancel your booking before storage has started, we’ll refund what you’ve paid in advance to the same payment method you used
· Storage prices are quoted and valid for the next 30 days from the quoted date you received by email
· Storage prices include the minimum storage insurance if £1,000 per storage unit. You can choose to arrange a higher Sum Insured at an additional cost of £1.25 per £1,000 of cover
· All storage quoted is based on a monthly in advance payment (or quarterly in advance for Business Storage)
· You need to provide a valid email address and contact mobile number so we can check your description of items to store and location if applicable
· Check in procedure is required in advance of storage – we’ll advise you how to do this
· Customers are advised to check the unit size before booking storage
· Offer available subject to continuous monthly payment in advance
· Excludes (optional) delivery from store and is quoted subject to location
· We are unable to guarantee delivery from store and is subject to location, load weight limit, prevailing weather conditions & parking
· Security door seals are charged extra at £1.50 each
· Storage space is subject to availability
· Standard Terms and Conditions of your Storage Contract apply
